I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The room I stayed in was in a very quiet part of the hotel, which was great for a peaceful ambiance; however, the plumbing from neighboring rooms was quite loud at times. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff making sure my needs were met promptly. The location was really convenient, just a 10-minute drive into St Ives, and the staff were incredibly friendly and obliging. The dining options were a bit limited, but the food quality was excellent. The hotel had nice facilities, but there were a couple of ceiling lights with missing bulbs, which was a minor inconvenience.

Upon arrival, the rooms were a little chilly but had both jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower, which was a nice touch. The food was enjoyable despite the slow service from young, untrained staff more focused on their phones than the guests. The location was excellent, close to St Ives town, but some lighting issues in the room. The dining experience was a mix of delicious food and indifferent service. Overall, the hotel offers a great location with some room for improvement in service and dining.
